Abercorn Care Limited comprises 3 care homes which are all situated closely together within the Portobello area of Edinburgh within a stones throw of the local park and sea front. The Homes include the Abercorn Nursing Home, Viewpark & Spring Gardens Care Homes.

They all strive to follow the Company’s expressed intent of delivering high quality professional care within the small home environment. Residents can participate in the delivery of their care and enjoy the benefits from living within an atmosphere more kin to the family unit rather than the larger more institutional care homes, which can lack the personal touch.

Although the Homes all come under the Company’s Management umbrella covering, staffing levels, training supervision, policy and procedures they are still encouraged to operate as single entities thereby retaining and enhancing the small care home atmosphere and feel. Residents, family and friends are all invited to contribute feedback on all aspects of the Homes.
